Easy Returns

  • Return should be initiated within 24 hours of delivery, as per our easy return policy.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

·       Proof of purchase with intact tags and the original receipt is mandatory for all returns.

 

·       Damaged / Wrong Item: Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery in case of a damaged or incorrect product.

🔄 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for different sizes, colors, or styles of the same product.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
